When you complete the account guide on this site, you choose to give us your name, email address, phone number, and state, along with the account type, custody structure, and approximate amount you are considering. Our hosting and security provider also records standard technical data such as your IP address and request details.
We do not collect your Social Security number, account numbers, or any financial credentials on this website. Information of that kind is only ever collected later, directly by Rocket Dollar and its custody partner, through their own systems and paperwork.
Solely to respond to your inquiry and to discuss opening a self-directed precious metals IRA with you. What you submit here is an inquiry that starts a conversation. It is not an account application of record, it does not open an account, and it does not authorize any purchase.
We use a small number of service providers to operate this site and reach you: Cloudflare (website hosting, security, and bot protection), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless pageview counts), and — only if you accept analytics cookies — Google Analytics (see Cookies and analytics below). If you decide to move forward, your information is shared with Rocket Dollar and its regulated custody partner so that they can establish your account.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing.
We keep inquiries only as long as we need them to respond to you and to meet our recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Submitting the IRA application on our site is your consent for a Sentry Bullion specialist to contact you about that inquiry by email or phone. If you use the free-guide form or the application form, we contact you by text message or automated call only if you check the matching box there (see Text messages, calls and AI-assisted messages below). You can opt out at any time by replying to any message or emailing info@sentrybullion.com, and we will stop.
If you submit the free-guide form we collect your name, mobile phone number and email address, which of the two consent boxes you checked, the exact wording shown to you, the date and time, your IP address and your browser type. We keep this record as proof of your consent for as long as we may need to show it.
We use your details to send you the guide. Only if you checked the first box do we contact you by text message and by automated, pre-recorded or AI-powered voice calls, with educational information about precious metals and our products and services, to follow up on your request and to schedule consultations, and even with that consent we do not call or text numbers on our internal do-not-contact list; only if you checked the second box do we send non-marketing messages such as appointment reminders, service updates and account notifications by SMS and AI-assisted messaging. Neither box is required to get the guide.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf may process your number only to deliver them.
You can withdraw consent at any time: text STOP to any message, text HELP for help, or email info@sentrybullion.com or call 877-315-8817. See also our Terms & Conditions (section 12A) for the messaging program terms.
You may request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — as noted above, we do not sell or share personal information in that sense. A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. This site uses as few as it can, and every cookie it can set is named here.
Strictly necessary. sb_consent — records whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies, so we do not ask again on every page. It stores only the word “granted” or “denied,” lasts six months, and is set only once you make a choice.
Google Analytics, and only with your consent. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies beginning _ga (up to two years) to count visits, distinguish returning visitors, and show us which pages people actually read. Until you accept, no _ga cookie is set. The Google Analytics script itself does load on every page, with all consent settings defaulted to denied, so that the tag can be verified as installed. In that state it stores nothing in your browser, but it does send Google a basic request containing your IP address and browser type. Accepting turns on analytics storage; rejecting leaves it off. Rejecting is a real rejection, not a reduced form of tracking, and the site works identically either way. You can change your mind at any time using the link below.
We have deliberately switched off Google Signals, advertising features, and ad personalization on our analytics property, and we run no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies of any kind.
Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies. Separately from the above, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count pageviews and referrers. It sets no cookies, uses no localStorage, and creates no identifier that can follow you between sites or between visits, so there is nothing about it for you to consent to and it is not affected by your choice on the banner. It cannot be used to build a profile of you or to recognise you as an individual.
Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may also set a strictly necessary cookie to identify malicious traffic and protect the site. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; blocking the strictly necessary ones may affect how the site behaves.
There is no agreed standard for how sites should respond to browser Do Not Track signals, so we do not respond to DNT specifically. We do not need to: we set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and analytics is off unless you affirmatively accept it. Because we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, a Global Privacy Control signal has no sale or sharing to opt you out of here. We honour it anyway: if your browser sends GPC, we treat it as a rejection of the Google Analytics cookies, no banner is shown, and any Google Analytics cookies already present are cleared. Cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics continues, because it does not identify or track you.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you specific rights. In the twelve months before this notice we collect these categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email address, phone number, state, IP address); commercial information (the account type, custody structure, and approximate amount you indicate you are considering); and internet or network activity (standard request data, cookieless aggregate pageview counts, and — if you accept analytics cookies — Google Analytics data about the pages you view). We collect it directly from you when you submit the guide, and automatically from your browser when you visit.
We use it for one business purpose: responding to your inquiry and discussing an account with you, plus operating and securing the site. We disclose it to service providers — Cloudflare for hosting and security, Resend for email delivery, Google for analytics if you accept — and, if you decide to proceed, to Rocket Dollar and its custody partner so they can establish your account. We do not collect sensitive personal information on this website, and we do not use or disclose personal information for purposes other than those disclosed here.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by California law. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
You have the right to know what we have collected, to obtain a copy of it, to correct it, and to ask us to delete it — and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of them. To exercise a right, email info@sentrybullion.com. We will verify your request by confirming details you have already given us, and will respond within the timeframe the law requires. An authorized agent may act for you with your written permission.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our lawful bases are: consent for the Google Analytics cookies, which you may withdraw at any time through the link above without affecting what was already collected; legitimate interests for cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts pageviews without identifying you; and legitimate interests — responding to an inquiry you chose to send us, and keeping the site secure — for handling your submission, together with steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract if you proceed toward an account.
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and you may complain to your local supervisory authority. We are based in the United States, so information you send us is processed there; the United States has not been found to provide an equivalent level of protection, and we rely on your consent or on the necessity of the transfer for your requested inquiry. Our service providers act on our documented instructions under their own data processing terms.
This site is intended for adults opening retirement accounts and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Only bullion meeting IRS purity and eligibility requirements may be held in an IRA, home storage of IRA-owned metals is not permitted, and distributions may be taxable or subject to penalty.
